Technical help is currently provided only for Sanyo phones (namely the SCP-5000 and SCP-6000). To download this ringtone to your phone, the first step is to save it somewhere on your computer's hard drive. To save it, right-click on Mac computers, hold "command" while clicking on the link below and select "Save Target As", "Save Link As", or an equivalent menu item, then save it in a folder of your choice.
